Behavioural symptoms

Decreased serotonin activity during PMS episodes is considered to increase impulsivity and aggressiveness.
Try and identify the situations that trigger your anger. Examine the nature and intensity of your anger, and your thoughts and views immediately before and whilst you are angry. Look at self-control methods used before, did they work, how others responded and other outcomes. If this information is carefully and systematically recorded for a two-three months, it will enlighten you and help if you seek clinical advice.
