The Bristol Crisis Service for Women is currently looking for a Helpline Co-ordinator.

Bristol Crisis Service for Women
supports women in emotional distress, particularly those who self-injure. We run a national helpline, and raise awareness and understanding of self-injury through training, consultancy and providing information

We are looking for a
HELPLINE CO-ORDINATOR

Salary Point 30 NJC payscale £23,952 (pay award pending) (pro rata, 28hours/week) (1 year post, maternity leave cover)

The successful candidate will co-ordinate our established helpline service.
You will recruit, train and support helpline volunteers; publicise the helpline service; and monitor, evaluate and develop the provision. An understanding of womens’ mental health issues is essential.
