Christine accepts new challenge

29 Jan 2007

After working for the Association since 1999 Christine Baker is leaving NAPS to run The St Georges Community Children’s Project, a centre for child care in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. Christine will be taking over as Project Manager at the beginning of March.

Chris Ryan, NAPS chief executive said: “As National Officer for NAPS Christine has made a major contribution to transforming the Association's services and ensuring that the charity has responded effectively to the health information and advice needs of women and their partners. Thousands of women have also benefited from her wise guidance. Her contributions to all aspects of the charity have been greatly appreciated and I have valued her support."

NAPS chairman Nick Panay said: “Christine rose to every challenge that NAPS has faced over the years. She has helped shape the Association and I wish her well in her new career.”
