NAPS to update Young Persons Guide to PMS

16 Nov 2007

NAPS are seeking funding support to enable the Association to update its Young Persons Guide to PMS, originally published in 1992.

With the extra demands and pressures placed upon young people, we felt it was important to make our information guides more relevant to the needs of modern teenagers.

We would like to include personal stories from any teenagers who suffer from PMS or PMDD. Do you have a teenage daughter who struggles with her PMS or menses? Does it affect her relationship with you or her friends? Is her school work affected? How does it affect her at exam times and other times of stress? In what areas would she value information and guidance?

We would really value your contributions so that we can make the new guidelines as relevant as possible to students of today. If you would like to help, or know someone who would benefit from this, please contact us on naps@pms.org.uk.
