NAPS launches 7 Day Eating Plan

Another benefit for members.

New to NAPS - 7 Day Eating Plan

As part of PMS Awareness Week, 8th September-14th September, NAPS has launched a 7 Day Eating Plan, devised by Nigel Denby, NAPS trustee and well-known dietitian and sponsored by Vitabiotics.

The plan proposes five meals/snacks for each day of the week that can be mixed and matched.  There are accompanying recipes and detailed supporting information on the dietary principles underlying the successful management of PMS.  This is designed to ease PMS symptoms for all sufferers but it is unlikely that this will be a sufficient solution for those with severe PMS/PMDD, who are recommended to use it in conjunction with their medical treatment.

The 7 Day Eating Plan is exclusive to members of NAPS and adds to the number of benefits available to members.
