A study day on Creating Menstrual Health has been recommended by NAPS member Wendy Ross who has been a contributor to the bulletin. She, herself, was helped by Sjanie Hugo.Alexandra Pope is an author on many woman's health issues.

CREATING MENSTRUAL HEALTH  
Facilitated by Sjanie Hugo & Alexandra Pope

15th May 2010 in London 10am - 5:30pm  

Knowledge of the menstrual cycle - mentally, emotionally and physically, is the template for a woman’s wellbeing, fertility and empowerment. This workshop is an opportunity for you to restore your connection to the intelligence and healing power of the menstrual cycle. 

What you will get out of the day?  

  • Increased confidence in your body and yourself. 
  • An ability to work with the menstrual cycle as an ally for creating health and fertility.
  •   Tools for continued healing & deepening awareness of your cycle.
  •   A rediscovery of the power of the female body.

Who should come?  

 A workshop for all health practitioners and any woman who: 

  •   has menstrual problems e.g. endometriosis, PCOS, irregular periods, PMS, painful periods, heavy  bleeding
  •   is trying to conceiving
  •   is wanting to take charge of her health
  • is on a personal development journey  

The workshop costs £120* which includes a self-hypnosis CD by Sjanie Hugo and the Woman’s Quest workbook by Alexandra Pope. * Concessions are available, please ask.
