NAPS and Infantile Spasms

NAPS offers help to desperate parents

NAPS supports Infantile Spasms Initiative

NAPS has been approached by a parent of a child who has Infantile Spasms, a very serious form of epilepsy that affects young infants, with very devastating consequences that are often resistant to medication. The family have set up a website to help other families and professionals, who are searching for information on infantile spasms. The initiative is self-managed and self-funded. NAPS has been approached, as our site will necessarily be visited by many thousands of women who may find this information on Infantile Spasms useful for themselves or for others with whom they have contact.

We are delighted to set up a link with the site http://www.pms.org.uk This will be a permanent addition to our Links page. We hope this will be a source of support to those who need information and advice on this distressing condition.
