Cinemas open their doors
This information was sent to the NAPS office by a longstanding member, who thought that it might be useful to some members of the Association.
A free ticket can be obtained each time you visit the cinema if you are disabled or are accompanying someone who is disabled. Go to http://www.ceacard.co.ukTo be eligible you, or the person you are accompanying, has to be in receipt of DLA (Disability Living Allowance) or registered blind.
You can check out participating cinemas in your area by typing your postcode in the relevant box.

The cost is £5.50 a year.
