NAPS Dietary Guidelines

For many women diet can be decisive in controlling PMS. Gaynor Bussell, the leading UK expert on diet and PMS, and a member of our E-Consultancy, prepared our Dietary Guidelines.

Our dietary advice has been independently evaluated by women experiencing PMS in research by the Department of Nutrition at Leeds University. NAPS guidance was found to be the most effective dietary approach to managing PMS.

The Guidelines explains why diet can control PMS and includes:

  • Principles of dietary self management
  • Basic nutrition.
  • A plan for dietary management of PMS
  • Sample recipes.
  • Guidance on supplements.
