Why keep a chart?
Your chart is your evidence of your PMS.
It accurately records your daily symptoms. Kept for three cycles, your health trends will become evident. You will have evidence showing when symptoms first arise, when they are most severe, when they decline and then that blissful time when you are symptom free!
You can then share your personal chart with your GP, consultant or any other health professional. This will improve considerably the treatment you receive.
